Sibling patients- seperate logins
This is feedback for the portal and the app. Have multiple children and an app can’t even allow to add more than 1 patient to it. This results in multiple logins after having to creating seperate accounts for each child. Not very user friendly, especially which result in me having to login and out to access all children.
Terrible
Can never access it, password is always incorrect.. try the forgot password option and no reset emails come through.
Not sure why orthodontists still use it!!
Can’t even make my account
Keeps saying cannot connect to server a hundred times
