Works sometimes?
The concept is great but a few issues:
1. One mesh sometimes disconnects and reconnects/doesn’t connect back to the internet, happens once a day very frequently
2. Priority assigning to devices doesn’t always work. Eg cannot prioritise gaming console to high usage, keeps returning back to “normal” (tried, tried again, restarted etc)
3. Mesh connected doesn’t always show up on the app, and when they do, they appear as “connected via Ethernet” or “wired backhaul” so you cannot check the wireless strength between mesh.
Finally a question: can these routers be used with other none AI Pro Dlink mesh?
Eagle
I live in a 2 storey apartment with reinforced concrete floors and ceilings. The 3 system network delivers quality wifi to both levels and never needs any maintenance. Installation instructions took a bit of figuring out but I’ve been completely satisfied with the devices.
Horrible
This product was so bad, first we got it to extend our existing and it worked great until it started slowing down and then one day it just stopped working it just kept showing an orange flashing light so we just got it replaced, then it worked great again but after a few weeks the exact same thing happened.
