EasyPark - Parking made easy 4+

I've had to make an account multiple times, go to park and my license plate has disappeared once I try to add my details a message pops up saying the characters are incorrect... I am unable to press continue, when I know it is my correct details and then have to use the parking meter anyway.
There are lags when you try to start the payment, definitely not an EasyPark.
The spinning wheel is not convenient and just seems like a gimmick, honestly a simple press start to park and then press end once I am back at my car. Tried to extend my stay and would not let me.

Only good thing is the map system to find your correct zone.

I do not understand how easypark won the city of Melbourne tender when it does not accept international credit cards. In the middle Nelbourne, full of tourists. Well done VicGov on your selection process! I also don’t understand how any legitimate app does not accept visa or Mastercard from other countries. Ridiculous. The 2.6 star rating definitely tracks.

RESPONSE TO DEVELOPER: your customer support staff were the ones that very definitively said that international cards are not accepted. This was after I tried at least 3 cards with the app displaying FRAUD as the failure. The cards were Visa and Mastercard from the USA, which I regularly use within Australia an for Australian apps with no issue. Please coordinate internally on what the issue is and/or how your customer support should handle queries.

I’m the person that actually reads the T’s and C’s before downloading an app and this app had me avoiding it at all costs for years. My city clearly changed to the cheapest parking provider a few years ago and it shows. I had to download this app as I was longer than I expected and far from my car. Won’t work without location privileges even though I wasn’t near my car so my location didn’t matter. Needed my phone number for no reason. The UI is terrible, it’s so hard to adjust length of stay without pressing park. I’m a skinny 31 y/o I did not fat thumb it, yet multiple times I had to press stop parking to go back and get the right time. Parking cost is unreasonable. No Apple Pay or PayPal?! I’m forced to trust the app with so many details when their T’s & C’s are invasive.
