If you are a care recipient, the eConsumer App can be installed on your mobile phone or tablet, allowing you to:
• Monitor your care appointments via a daily calendar
• Identify who will be delivering the service and what time, for security purposes
• Make comments regarding the service delivered and/or the performance of the staff member
If you are a family member, the eConsumer App allows you keep track of your loved ones’ appointments for care delivery, offering access to:
• Scheduled appointments and planned services
• View services that are completed and/or not delivered
• How your loved one rates the service and the staff member delivering the service
• Service changes
Ratings & Reviews
Individual and Group Services from e-Tools Support at Home (eSAH) are now integrated into eConsumer and can be accessed easily on your mobile device. You may now view details of your Services and many more new features.
