EGW Writings application enables you to read and search the complete published writings of Ellen G. White, the King James Version of the Bible and Noah Webster’s American Dictionary. EGW Writings is the newest version of our successful EGW Free iPhone / iPad / iPod Touch application developed by the Ellen G. White Estate.
About the author
Ellen G. White (1827-1915) is considered the most widely translated American author, her works having been published in more than 160 languages. She wrote more than 100,000 pages on a wide variety of spiritual and practical topics. Guided by the Holy Spirit, she exalted Jesus and pointed to the Scriptures as the basis of one’s faith.

We have just finished downloading the latest version of the EGW Writings. And it is AMAZING.
Thank you so much for this update. All this for free is unbelievable. The search feature is great and the fact you can forward and back through the search results, makes it very easy and quick to use. The whole interface is very nice and easy. The split screen view makes cross referencing a breeze. The amount of content that is included is fantastic. The 19 Daily devotionals means we now have 19 years worth of reading even without any more updates. Thank you again for this App. It is pride and place on the first page of apps on our iPad. It is a resource that is going to be used time and time again. I encourage all Christians, not just Seventh Day Adventists to download this App and try it for your self. Well done and God bless. A pleasant surprise
As a user of the White Estate's desktop products, I was initially skeptical as to whether a mobile app could even begin to offer the type of performance and functionality we've come to rely on. I was in for a pleasant surprise. You've got all the basic features, including lookup by publication and page or word search with search operators, with lightning-fast search performance. I assume it's because the data has been indexed for speedy searching, and hopefully subsequent versions will not suffer performance losses due to added material. True to iOS style, the app is simple and pleasant to use for looking up and reading the included 17 book titles. There's also text selection and copy and paste features, bookmarks, an intelligent Go To feature (type in GC 637.1 and you're there instantly) and a full King James version Bible. The only thing I miss is a way to skip to the next search hit without having to navigate back to the search results listing. That and the same outstanding performance would earn any forthcoming full collection version my 5 out of 5.
