इसेवा नेपालकै पहिलो मोबाइल खाता हो । इसेवामा खाता खोली आफ्नै मोबाइलबाट नि:शुल्क आफ्नो मोबाइल रिचार्ज, घरको बिजुली, खानेपानी, टेलिफोन, इन्टरनेट आदिको बिल भुक्तानी गरि मासिक रु ५०० देखि रु २००० सम्म बचत गर्नुहोस् ।
इसेवा कसरी प्रयोग गर्ने ?
रजिष्ट्रेशन
इसेवाको App Download गरि Register गर्नुहोस् । यसरी Register गर्दा तपाँईको मोबाइल नम्बर नै तपाँइको इसेवा आइडी हुनेछ ।
इसेवामा पैसा जम्मा गर्न
इसेवामा चार प्रकारबाट सजिलै रकम जम्मा गर्न सकिन्छ:
१. इन्टरनेट वा मोबाइल बैंकिङ मार्फत
बैंकको खाताबाट इन्टरनेट वा मोबाइल बैंकिङ मार्फत इसेवामा नि:शुल्क रकम जम्मा गर्नुहोस। मोबाइल/इन्टरनेट बैंकिङ सेवा लिनु भएको छैन भने आजै आफ्नो बैंक को शाखामा गएर सेवा सुरु गराउनुहोस ।
२. काउण्टर डिपोजिट मार्फत
इसेवाको पार्टनर बैंक मध्ये ७ वटा बैंकबाट इसेवामा काउण्टर डिपोजिट पनि गर्न सकिन्छ ।

४. तपाँईले अन्य इसेवा प्रयोगकर्ताबाट इसेवामा पैसा राख्न र पठाउन पनि सक्नुहुन्छ ।

eSewa fonepay Pvt. Ltd. सन् २००९ बाट सेवा दिइरहेको नेपालको पहिलो भुक्तानी सेवा प्रदायक कम्पनि हो । मोबाइल तथा इन्टरनेट बैंकिङको सफ्टवेयर प्रदायक कम्पनिमा नेपालकै अग्रणी स्थानमा रहेको F1Soft International को एक सहायक कम्पनिको रुपमा इसेवा रहेको छ ।

How to register and make payment with eSewa?
Registration
Download eSewa app and click on Register. Your mobile number will be your eSewa ID.
Load fund to eSewa
You can load fund to your eSewa account in 4 different ways:
1. Via Mobile/Internet Banking:
You can load eSewa wallet from your internet/mobile banking without any additional cost from 47 banks. Visit your bank branch if you have not enabled internet banking and mobile banking.
2. Via Counter Deposit:
You can visit nearest branch of below mentioned partner banks for loading fund to your eSewa account via counter deposit:
a. Global Bank
b. Prabhu Bank
c. Mahalaxmi Development Bank
d. Janata Bank
e. Mega Bank
f. OM Development Bank
g. Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank
3. Via eSewa Cash Point
You can visit nearest eSewa Cash Point and load fund to your eSewa wallet without additional service charge.
4. You can also send and receive fund to your eSewa wallet from other eSewa users for free.

We update the eSewa app as often as possible to make it faster, more reliable and with added merchants and services for you. Some enhancements and minor fixes has been carried out.
Ratings and Reviews
Need some Retouch
eSewa app need following changes:
1. Push Notification after payment is done and pop-up notifications while using app.
2. Make one touch load fund from bank using biometrics using authorised and saved bank account. Banks account can be multiple.
3. While opening the app, make sure that the app automatically prompt for biometrics login and if biometrics failed, it should then prompt for manual login
4. App should be made available to use simultaneously between multiple device.
6. Please provide option for automatically billing toggle of utility bills like electricity, water, internet and so on which are paid on a monthly basic. As consumer IDs are stored securely on system, it won't be any issue adding this services.
7. Push notifications reminder for them who pays their bills on monthly basis. This option is better if any consumer dont choose the option 6
8. In cash out function, If a consumer has already opened the app, why you guys asking for eSewa ID!!! Better you use biometrics at end of payment.
9. Your OYO hotel price are way expensive than one in the real OYO app. Please make some changes there
10. Reminder for balance low in eSewa account should be provided as we opted for automatic billing, we need constant loading of fund into esewa account.
Need to be modern
Application is gradually growing and enabling many modern smart functions. But it should allow users to use email as secondary verification method.
Incase, people will travel abroad, they are not able tonuse this app. So tonuse email as secondary verification method, it will enhance users’ access to it even after leaving country even if its for short term or long term.
Poor customer service
I am currently living abroad since 3 years. I was using esewa since it was open. When i was in nepal i have registered from my mobile number and it doesnot work here . Hence, I was using esewa web version. Since 6 months they asked me to reset the password. When i try to reset they ask for otp mobile verification. I cant access my old mobile number and i try to call and email them many time but also they havent respond me. So poor customer service. They should ask user before doing this.
