Mobile banking notification’s can be slow
I use mobile banking for business purposes, I have a small criticism when it comes to the time it takes to receive a notification for payment received, it can take up to 10 minutes, my customers can get impatient and angry when waiting that long for the confirmation.
Need to add more features like
Cardless cash
Cardless deposit
Instant logout from the app
poor customer service
It’s been more than a month i tried to contact customer service by email, facebook even tried thorough google about complaining one of my failed transactions. I just got reply after ages with same message that my issue is addressed to concerned branch every time like a automated reply!
but still haven’t able to fix my issue instead
Now, I am not even able to check my fund transfer history in my mob bank.!!
I requested the concerned authority, please try to improve the customer service.
