Description

From Everfrost to Bellsong, many a peaceful year has passed in Everdell — but the time has come for new territories to be settled and new cities to be established...

Adapted from the award-winning board game from Tabletop Tycoon, Everdell is a fantastical city building game combining worker placement and strategic card play to create a new civilization. Gather resources to build fanciful Constructions and recruit colorful Critters to make your city thrive. Each card in your city scores points, and after four seasons have passed the highest-scoring city wins!

Face off against other founders in cross-platform multiplayer games, or test your civic wits with AI play and Solo Challenges!

On each turn, you'll take one of three actions:

1.) Place a Worker. Send one of your helpful workers out into the valley to gather resources! Berries, Twigs, Resin, Pebbles...and of course Cards! You'll need them all to help your new civilization grow.

2.) Play a Card. Your city can hold up to 15 Construction and Critter cards. Cards generate resources, open up new abilities, and score points to win the game! Discover combos and synergies to race past your opponents.

3.) Prepare for the Next Season. When the seasons change, your workers come home and get ready for the next round. But plan your city carefully! After four seasons, the Winter Moon returns and the game will end.

There are buildings to construct, lively characters to meet, events to host— you will have a busy year ahead of you!

Will the sun shine brightest on your city before the winter moon rises? Welcome to Everdell!

Update Improved the game on phones

(Updated) The UI was previously very tiny, making the game very difficult to play on even max phones.
Well the devs have listened and they’ve increased the amount of zoom you can take to look around the table, and they’ve increased text size on cards. I think they’ve done a great job to improve things.
UI is still on the small side, but I guess that’s the drawback with how they’re trying to keep the feel/look of the boardgame along with all of the game art. I will say it is greatly improved so well done devs.

Best game ever!

Everdell is my favourite board game, and this digital version is an excellent and faithful recreation. It’s particularly great to play long distance with my family. It would be great if you could release some expansions, the legendary and extra extra cards would be great!

Annoying bugs

I love this game, have been playing on Switch for a while. The iOS version is beautiful, graphics are perfect, super fast. Unfortunately, I have been facing some issues that ruins the experience sometimes.
UI should be bigger for iPhone. My fingers are too big to deal with it, even on the Pro Max model.
But the worst has been some issues when playing some cards. Just yesterday I had on my strategy using the Postal Pigeon, and every time I was only able to play the left side card from the two reveals. So annoying when the one I couldn’t play was the Palace, while I had the Queen in my hand and the Judge on my city waiting to be paired for the Special Event.
Also the other bug I frequently face is the Lookout. Sometimes it won’t accept my worker, making it useless.
I hope these can be addressed, because I can’t imagine the chaos it would be when the expansions arrive on top of that.
Happy to change my review once I see a valuable update.
