Was a decent service but …

Was a decent service a little glitchy when using the app over the website. However as all recent feedback indicates they are not loaning out any money due to a “maintenance” issue that has been going on many months now. It originally notified as service was hit with fraudulent activity and users were causing the issue then switch to maintenance issues. There are multiple other option so it there now that can be used and would recommend currently to use those providers who are lending and advancing money. I think it is unethical that while they know they can’t and are not offering money / advances , that they are allowing people to still register and apply. A reputable company would be upfront with this on their main page saying applications are currently down and suspended currently until there service is up and going again.

Good but could be better

I like any app that allows you to access money when you’re in desperate need. It’s not recommended but it’s great to have that backup. In saying that, this app has been undergoing maintenance which was supposed to end after one to two weeks . It has not and we have been given no indication of when we can request money again. It’s just disappointing to not have a clear communication from the team. Would have given it a higher star but I dislike poor communication and time management.

Changing my rating

I originally gave this app 5 stars. When I first began using them, they were great! Zero issues. Then the service went down and we were told some people had been committing fraud with the service. Advised it would be down for 2 weeks. That was over 2 months ago. Their customer service is almost non existent now. You cannot access this service- there’s zero point in signing up. I’m struggling to understand how hard it is to get people to verify their identity the same way other places do. Ask for copies of photo ID, with a current selfie. Their website still says nothing about the service being unavailable. I’ve asked twice now for an update and been told there’s no end date to this ‘maintenance’. There is better more reliable services out there. Don’t waste your time. Really unfortunate because I was a loyal customer who NEVER missed a payment.
