The app feels basic and clunky for something tied to premium gym hardware. Navigation is awkward, and it occasionally crashes for no obvious reason.Biggest miss: no Apple Health integration and no way to export your own data. You’re locked into the app with no easy way to analyse trends elsewhere, which is pretty unforgivable in 2026.It works… most of the time. But it feels half-finished and behind the curve. Needs stability, integrations, and basic data ownership before it deserves more than two stars.

The data is great when it works, that app is horrible. Each time you start the app, it has no data. It either takes forever to load/recognise the scans or it does not load them at all (waiting over 10 minutes while doing the review this time). Really disappointing. The gym I go to has the scanner but the app is a total let down each time I use it.

I’ve downloaded your app several times and tried getting into it however every time I’ve logged in the page just spins and it says ‘Please wait’ but nothing happens. I’ve left it for several hours but the app still won’t open!

Broken system

I have not been able to use this app because the machines don’t recognise that I have an account with them. I have tried deleting and remaking my account through their hardware at the gym to no avail. I have spoken to the workers at the gym and it isn’t an issue with them. I have messaged Evolt for customer support and haven’t received a response after multiple weeks of waiting.
