Game changer !!

This app has truly been life changing for me, helping me prepare for the arrival of my beautiful son, and to be the best Mum I can be for him every day since his birth!

I downloaded the app as soon as I found out I was pregnant - the weekly pregnancy meditations were perfect for both tracking my baby’s development, and training my mind to focus and redirect my thoughts in a positive and constructive way.

I used the birthing meditations in labour, and found the 40 day postpartum meditation series an absolute life saver after my little ones arrival, sneaking in 5 or 10 minutes ‘me time’ whenever I could!

I’ve shard this with all the new mamas I know, and believe the app is worth every penny. I continue to use it every day to stay centred, calm and present on my journey as a new mum.

Can’t preview any app features without signing up??

In this day and age a user should be able to at least trial SOME of the features of the app. The fact that after I complete my details (signup required) I am not able to trial ONE meditation before opting into the suggested 1 year membership (which costs more than $100) with a sneaky 7 day trial (you forget you pay $100) is crummy to the extreme.

Deleted instantly. Handy tip: don’t paywall all your features and trick customers into pricy subscriptions before they’ve had a chance to use your app, or you’ll lose customers altogether.

Fantastic

I’ve used this app through pregnancy and into the first few weeks with my baby. It’s a great resource to practice self care, patience and tools to support yourself through the new and often challenging experiences. The daily meditations have often been the perfect voice of reason and comfort that I needed and it’s a great way to chill and focus on what’s most important. Highly recommend
