EZView - Video Surveillance 4+

Every time you update this app, I lose another feature. I used to be able to view the app remotely, now I have to be at home for it to work- which is ridiculous. There’s also no form of delete for the reinstalled cameras, so I have feeds which never resolve and feeds which do. So I have to increase the number of cameras I’m looking at to b able to actually see my feeds- when I’m at home only. I’m really worried about updating when I see it come up. Don’t want to have to reinstall the app again. A system we installed after a break-in for peace of mind- it was really good at first and did its job well- what have you done to it?? Will it ever return to how good it was or not?

Pretty disappointing when the footage is slow to update and the timer is slow/glitchy seems to hang 0.5 seconds longer than it should while freezing the image.
Annoying when China database gets your images before you do.

These are painful to use, camera images always dropping out and can be out for days until I unpowered and reset when back on site, when you open the app it takes up to 2minuets often to load the images when you need it in a hurry its a real pain. Compared to hik-connect which i also use its just up every time almost at the point to throw away the $4k i spent on the cameras and EZView set up to go with same as other location using hik-connect just should not have to go to this trouble and they should be far more reliable given their intended purpose to have footage if someone does something at the shop and you need to take to police
