Great app, some room for improvement
I use this app every day, and we have on numerous occasions had to find and extract relevant pieces of footage, all of which has been an easy process. The one annoying glitch is that when you go into review mode there seems no way to go back to normal real-time viewing. Every time I have to close the app and relaunch it to revert to real time. My only other request would be to please let the menu icons remain on screen longer before disappearing. Recent update has made it load faster. Overall very happy with what is a good app.
Notifications do not work very well
Notifications are very late after triggering and very often no picture shows up or they do not work at all then the following day 100 show up. Where does one get support in Sydney Australia? Also my wife’s iphone6 has just been added to the app but can’t get hers to receive notifications like mine does! Notifications are still not received on my wife’s iPhone as per previous paragraph. All of a sudden my iPhone does not receive notifications but my wife’s iPhone does-really weird! Notifications are now working well on my mobile but not on my wife’s at all We keep losing notifications and then they reappear two or three weeks later! Sick of it now- going to install a better system. Last chance before I have to spend money and replace your unreliable system NOTIFICATIONS STILL NOT WORKING AFTER ALL THIS TIME-THAT IS WHAT I PURCHASED THE SYSTEM FOR!!!!
Notifications still do not work,cameras keep going offline-not reliable.
Love it but please stop the intro screens
Love the app but when I want to check the cams quickly and the app opens with intro screens to introduce existing features it drives me nuts as I need to find the skip and start keys (which aren’t always intuitive) just to see my cameras. Please don’t randomly reactivate these screens.
Also a quicker reconnect after device sleep would be great, usually I have to restart the app to force the connection.
