Fever: local events & tickets 12+

I am one happy customer due to the great service I received with getting my voucher issues sorted.
I bought my tickets last year not realising I had used a different email to log on to purchase them. As a consequence I didn’t read the email notification about concert to be cancelled due to Covid. I contacted fever team who assisted me redeem my vouchers. I made another mistake with bookings and mentioned it to Paula@fever who was assisting me not expecting anything. I was pleasantly surprised when told they’d look into it straightaway and resolved that issue as well! I now am able to purchase tickets using the vouchers to a concert of my choice.

The experience we booked was amazing. The booking site however was horrible. Instead of a refund or just getting your tickets back the give you a ‘voucher’ to use on more tickets but you still have to pay the booking fee. When contacted customer service there were available but there was no room for any other answer than no. There was no room for human error and it was a very confusing app anyway. I accidentally bought 1 extra ticket and when I went to get a ‘voucher’ it cancelled ALL of my tickets not just one. Again no other answer from customer service than no refund or no tickets back. I see myself as someone who is tech savvy and this was so confusing and very unhelpful when there is a user error. I don’t like to make bad reviews but this caused me so much stress and wasted me so much money as I got no money back and had to pay the booking fee MORE THAN ONCE which isn’t just a couple of dollars it was $20. I did not get the money back for my extra ticket I just fully lost it. There should be refunds available and not points to be used on the site or this voucher thing. It is not simple. So upset and will not use this again. Fortunately the experience we finally had was very good.

I booked tickets online but accidentally chose the wrong date. Luis@fever was extremely efficient, clear and helpful after initially conversation over the live chat at 7:30pm I got an immediate response then through emails for confirmation (which he explained in the chat). I have my new tickets (on the correct day) without added stress or having to spend any extra within 12hrs of my first message.

The website to book the tickets and the Fever app to book are very easy to use. I look forward to keeping the app and seeing what else is available through the year as there’s quite a variety they have on offer.
