Flatmates is best ether you looking for just room or whole property fast and easy. I was always using Flatmates just to find room in shared house in last 7 years and found the place every time in same week. But last 3 months i was looking for whole property, i tried everything realestate and other agencies and it’s just cost me time and money and in the end i couldn’t find right place and than i was like i will try find property through the FLATMATES and here you go again this website confirmed me that is the best place to find place. Thanks 👌

Super easy to use.
Had a great looking listing up in no time.
The boost option certainly helped get my ad noticed. And I had 20 interested people and 13 inspections in 2 days.
And was quickly able to find my perfect Flatmates.
One thing I loved was the quality of candidates I had the option to choose between to flat with.
I’ve used other Flatmate/ share sites before catering directly to LGBT market so have always used those in the past. But they have always led to some really questionable people asking really inappropriate questions.
So I decided to use this site instead due to its option to let others know upfront that they would be sharing with a gay person without being in your face about it. Making it really easy to find other gay or LGBT+ friendly Flatmates to share with.

I would definitely use this app again over any of the others, for finding LGBT+ friendly Flatmates

Used to be a decent place to find houses but lately there seem to be fake listings. There are listings which have been there for months and most listings have response rate of 30% or less. I’ve paid thrice and got so many 1 month extensions. I message 30 ppl and get response from 3. If we call the numbers listed nobody received or responds to texts. Don’t bother with this app or gumtree. Seems like everyone has moved to fb. Thanks for making me pay so many times for your useless service. You need to make it mandatory for listers to respond. Looks like you only care about having more listings whether it’s real or not. Do not buy the premium service. Even these early bird listers barely respond. Btw I’m verified with a proper profile pic.
