I’ve always loved this app but one thing previously holding me back from giving it 5 stars was the ability to track multiple properties at once, but now, you can!I currently own 4 properties and have been asking tech support for almost a year now for the ability to be able to track them and their values all at once. Now in the “my properties” section, you can add as many properties as you want. I love seeing all my 4 properties there with their estimated values updated weekly.Oh, and did I also mention I’ve used the app and website to purchase all my properties? The excellent property history tools on the site helped me track down all the stats I needed to find the right properties that offer both high NET return (had to call a few agents for some details they left out, their fault though for not including them, not the app) and high future growth.This is my number 1 favourite app on my phone, any realestate investor NEEDS this! The only improvement I can think of would be forcing agents to disclose the strata, water and council fees in the properties page so that net return can be calculated without me having to call each agent for details. At this point properties could be sorted as high to low or low to high on NET Rental Return and investors could filter out properties returning lower than NET 4% or whatever they like.Still, that recommendation is more something the agents are hiding and in control of, not the owners and developers of this site or app and thus why my 5 star rating stands as is :)

I’ve used the app for years - it’s my favourite for real estate in terms of search functions (filter options, saving within Collections, etc), results layout, and ease of information. I also found the ‘My property’ feature extremely helpful when I was renting out / selling my former property. It’s just easy to use and works well.-Note: I have a suggestion relating to key locations/transport (that I have not found in any app I have used). A) Map layers. Ability to display/highlight public transport routes/stops and schools etc on the map. Alternatively: Ability to drop labeled pins on the map (ie. a user-preferences layer that can be saved then toggled on/off). B) Search along public transport routes. It would be helpful to be able to search for properties within x distance of a particular route or type of institution (ie. schools/hospitals etc). Alternatively: A filter relating to the distance to stations/schools etc.Any of these features would be invaluable to someone like myself, who prioritises the filtered selection (ie. 3+ bedrooms for <$) over location. Currently if I want to find those options along a train route I need to search a very large map area, or numerous suburbs, then try to follow the route (marked on the base map, but not easily visible when zoomed out). I then have to figure out where the stations are to determine if the result is viable.Note: Thanks to Collections, I can work around this by having multiple saved searches of small map areas near the stations; but I cannot combine the results to compare them within a single list. Still workable, but implementing the above would be a game-changer.

Ok one more issue for the most frequently updated app on the planet to the latest ios liquid glass design. Can anyone tell me where the "suggested for you" properties may be hiding on the front page? We have my searches, recently viewed, videos that are already running that are competing for attention. There is news, there are guides but not the properties suggested for you. Nowhere to be seen. And is there some way to stop showing me the homes I already have starred and the properties already viewed but not interested in, orobably they are rented or require too much work.Hope this this can be fixedOne star for the bright spark not, that decided in the last update to move the placement of my collections list. Press on collections and instead of the large squares on my ipad listing vertically, I now find these tiny thumbnail pictures running horizontally across the top of the page, followed by heaps of other stuff. I like and want the clearer outlay of previous versions, not this jumbled mess. You are not helping your users by constantly changing the app features.

The developers did an amazing job! I really like the app <3 The experience is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. I especially praise the simplicity of the view, - The left scroll panel and map view allowing for and encouraging easy multitasking. - Excellent map view and functionality. Love the map view! It works very well. - Love the thoughtful ability to quickly scroll through a listings photos without having to leave the map view/open a full page. - small detail, but I really appreciate the ability to specify the exact no. of bedrooms for filtered search! - Surprised that the app also offers guides and useful relevant information which also gets the job done with simplicity and straight forward design.Dark view option <3
