Can you remove a defunct real estate?

I was renting from Koala Blue. They sold to First National. I am still in the same property. Koala Blue is still active saying I am in arrears for nearly $10,000 in rent, even though my rent is paid to First National. I contacted First National who advised they can’t access the app. I contacted the Residential Tenancy who said ring Property Me. IT said only Koala Blue can close account. I went back to First National & property manager gave me the previous owners number of Koala Blue. He told me he is no longer subscribed so also can’t remove/archive the App. I searched for the developers to ask for help. I have never been in debt & it frightens me having this $10,000 that I do not owe on Property Me. Please can you help?

Suggested functionality

This app has made dealing with a property manager a lot easier but I would love to see some more functionality added to it. Specifically a ‘workflow’ type function for maintenance requests that the appropriate parties can see and respond to through the app. For example, we had an issue with our air conditioning before Christmas and, once communication is off the app, many delays ensued which resulted in the appropriate part not even being ordered until 12 days after it stopped working. In this day and age of potential instant communication, that was insanely inefficient and unnecessary (not to mention frustrating during a summer heatwave!). If the technician received the notice through the app and then the owner could approve repairs etc. all those delays could have been avoided. Anyway, just a suggestion for future updates.

Only one bank account to attach

This app only allows one bank account at a time to be stored. I have more than one bank account I use,
and the process of switching accounts on there is not instant- therefore inconvenient. I would recommend being able to attach more than one bank account to use when making payments. Aside from that, I like using it.
