Extremely unhelpful app
This app is so unfriendly. I am a frequent traveller and use several airline apps which are easy to operate, do not drop out or take long periods to change screen or load info. Garuda need to junk this app and start fresh with a different developer.😡😡😡😡
Absolutely Useless
Since they have changed the app, even though I have an upcoming trip 13/09 there is no record. I sent an email to customer care to see if they can add it on supplied them with the booking number and I thought they will. Well after 4 emails sent I have given up. I then tried to check in via website no luck desperate now I rang the call centre needless to say my request fell on deaf ears. I even sent an email to Garuda Miles to find out since the change why have my points declined even though I had references for all my previous bookings the answer I got was more than 6 months ago, but thank you for choosing to fly Garuda 😢😢😢 this will be the last time I fly with them a poor customer experience
I shouldn’t have written this !!
I did experience the same thing of what most people did. This app is NEVER BE HELPFUL. If you’re willing to earn miles by flying this airline, I would say FORGET IT or use another airline. Forget about getting miles unless you’re using other better qualified airlines around the globe. I did try logging in using my garuda miles member, website would NOT let me in. I check over and over and over and over on my email or ID number, still didn’t work. Their website is nothing helpful but FRUSTRATING !!! Really pisses me off! How many times customer should post rubbish comment here until you guys realise to fix your ongoing issue ??
