Ratings and Reviews
App sometimes give incorrect information
App doesn’t give correct estimate time of how far the driver is, for example, a driver already arrives at the pick up point, but the app is saying 3 minutes away.
Also, a lot of time the app doesn’t allow to give tips to driver, even though I want to give tip to them straight away.

Unscrupulous company perusahaan penipu
This company practices and ethics is really unscrupulous. They said fixed price fare and i agreed when I click the order it was 40,000 for the said journey and paid by CC with the apps, but then when you actually finished the journey Bluebird charged 49,000 for the trip and I have a screenshot of the said 40,000 fare. What sort of fixed price journey is that?? I complained and they didn’t even respond properly and they’ll just say they will get back to you without actually following up on the complaints.
This is not the first time they cheated on their customer too. They will charged you a certain amount of Rupiah when you register a CC in the app and they said it will be returned to my CC when the card payment goes through but never refund the money!
And the quality of Bluebird drivers are so bad now… they will honk and curse at people/other motorists/get angry when you use fixed price but get caught in traffic jam. The service has really gone down from a couple of years ago…

App should adjust different time zone
I ordered golden/bluebird couple of times for rides from airport, and nothing to complain. Except one, confusing time frame showed in the app that doesn’t adjust different timezone. Example I flew from Jakarta to Bali and ordered Golden Bird according to our arrival time in the ticket. Pick up time in the app will automatically be adjusted back to Jakarta time. It’s very confusing and we feel sorry to the Golden drivers that have to stand by at airport at wrong pick up time and they complained to me as if I’m pressing the wrong button, which I wasn’t! I then always call the bluebird call centre in destination to make sure the right pick up time, too much to work on!
