And who unfollowed you? Follometry reads your Instagram export and shows you both. You don’t need a Follometry account or a subscription. Will my account get banned? No. Follometry never logs in to Instagram. The app only reads the file that Instagram offers you to download. That violates neither Instagram’s Terms of Use nor its Community Guidelines. Follometry will not get your account banned or restricted. Many other follower apps want your login details, access Instagram through unofficial interfaces or automate your actions. What Follometry does • Follows: every account you follow that doesn’t follow you back, with the date you started following it • Trend: who unfollowed you and who started following you, by week, month or year • You still follow: who unfollowed you even though you still follow them • Your numbers: followers, how many accounts you follow and how many of them follow you back • Follower history back to your first follower, more accurate with every export • Spot follow-unfollow: accounts that follow you only until you follow back • Spot renamed accounts: a new name doesn’t count as unfollowed and new • History per account: when it started following you, when it unfollowed you and what it used to be called • Clean up in peace: you unfollow in Instagram yourself, Follometry keeps count and takes a break after 50 accounts in an hour • Ignore: swipe celebrities or deactivated accounts to the left • Share the list as text or as a CSV file for Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets • Export checked: Follometry checks every export when you load it and warns you if something is missing • Reminder for your next export, daily, weekly or monthly • Backup in one file, password-protected if you like, also from iPhone to Android How it works 1. In Follometry, tap “Request export from Instagram”. Or in Instagram: Menu → Settings and activity → Accounts Centre → Your information and permissions → Export your information. 2. “Create export”, choose your Instagram profile, then “Export to device”. 3. Under “Customise information”, select only “Followers and following”. Format JSON, date range “All time”. 4. “Start export”. After a few minutes to a few hours, download the ZIP file and open it in Follometry. Languages Follometry is available in English, German, Spanish, Italian, Polish and Portuguese (Brazil). You can choose the language under More → Settings → Language. Why Follometry exists Lots of Instagram users ask “Who doesn’t follow me back?” Most apps for that want your login details and access your account through unofficial interfaces. That has already cost many accounts a ban. I built Follometry so you get the answer without taking that risk.
