Mobile app is not at all good
The mobile app is not good. Forver new is my favourite go to store but due to so much of uncertainty during covid, I was hoping if i could buy a dress through it’s app but it has lits of issues. For example, if you selected a dress to look at it’s pictures in more details then you cannot go back to just the previous page with all the dresses when you click Back button. It will always take you to the home pge and then you will need to acroll all the ways down to the dress you were at!! Also sometimes the more button doesn’t really populate the page with more dresses.
First class service
The Forever New app is fantastic for shopping online! It takes no time at all to navigate and the layout makes browsing super easy. I especially enjoyed the Swipe To Like function which I hadn’t seen before. Great experience!
A bit slow and can’t log in
I do love the store and have loyally been buying from FN for years. With the app, you’d hope it makes the experience even easier. But the images are slow to load at times. You can’t log into your account either so can’t add things you like to your Wishlist. Additionally, have been waiting for a loyalty program for years and with an app, I’d have thought it would be the perfect addition. If these things are fixed up, esp being able to log into your account and save items you like, it would be perfect.
