Not sure of this new update
I have loved the Fresha booking system up until now since the new updates I spend more time trying to check people out with all the bits I have to click on I waste more time. It’s not at this stage the best update
The best program i have used
Having used a few salon software programs and paying up front or a monthly fee to have a salon program Shedul was a breath of fresh air. I have using Shedul prob 2.5 years now and they have always added features that my industry required. I can use the program when out and about. Has all the feature that the big companies have. And now with online and a payment taken to secure a booking and cancelation fees can be applied makes me think they really are looking after us. It’s hard to ring a client and say i need to charge a fee but if they book online they read and understand the terms. Only feature i would love is that the client can reply to confirm so you know they are def confirmed.
Great value
It’s hard to complain when you are only paying for minimal things with Fresha compared to some of the software on the market for hairdressers.
I have always had fast replies to my emails and they are working on payments being deposited into your bank faster.
I would like to have a bit more control over text messages and for clients to actually reply no if they would like to cancel when receiving there reminder.
Overall a terrific system 🤩
