FtyCamPro 4+

I was understanding that this was an Australian product from Camtrix to receive a product from FTYPRO because I purchased this ONLY on the information given on the Ad and via the QR box provided on the tv ad itself however despite three to four telephone calls to the providers of this minicam it STILL is not working correctly I charged it up over four hours twice still not holding charge I contacted my NBN provider got the router split spent hours trying to get this to work correctly and here we are still in state of utter despair what on earth is wrong with this world where so many deceptive lies and money grabbing are allowed to keep on happening I’m considering reporting this deceit to the police because I feel duped and robbed it’s terrible

I was of the opinion this product was Australian, however when it arrived the poor translation and extremely minimal instruction quickly changed my opinion. Seeing it was out of China didn’t surprise me, nor bothered me so much. However trying to connect the device has been and remains very challenging. I got cameras working, quite poor quality images.
Now they won’t log in at all.
I’m keen to return the product but not convinced I’ll see a refund.
I wouldn’t recommend the purchase. 😠

For an application required to be used when configuring the CamTrix cameras I was less than impressed with Ads appearing on start up.
That aside, configuration of the cameras through this app is not entirely intuitive, with it reporting configuration failures without any reason.
Contacting the help group resulted in what looked more like a robotic response and information straight from the screenshot I had sent. Screenshot highlighted the camera cannot use 5GHz WiFi, email from support told me the camera could not use 5GHz WiFi.
