Conflicts with NordVPN

I updated this application the other day and ever since, it will not function: “Communication Error.” That is, until I discovered that I have to pause my NordVPN connection if I wish to use this app in anyway - which is a bit counterproductive as I am using that software in order to protect my data. I never had any issues before I updated it.

Unfortunately, cybercriminals often use VPNs to mask their identities, therefore we have implemented measures to protect our members’ account security, such as excluding VPNs from accessing our Online Banking Mobile App services. Stuck on the welcome screen

Doesn’t open with the latest IOS upgrade.

Doesn’t open unreliable

Complete rubbish can’t open, can’t do any banking . Contacted bank for them to suggest I open the web page, the whole point is for an app to streamline my banking, I’m now looking to close as I can’t even rely on it to open so I can transfer to family in emergencies. Who ever got payed to upgrade this app needs to be sacked it’s a complete mess.
