Ratings and Reviews
See AllGreat stats, one annoyance.
The data you can mine out of this thing is great, but one thing continually frustrates me. A while back they added a “Training Effect” tracker to the “My Day” page. If you remove/hide it, within a few days it reappears. That wouldn’t be so bad, but when it does it completely resets all the other items in “My Day”. Sorry, but when I’m using this on my elliptical, I want to see heart rate, intensity minutes, steps, and calories altogether, and I find it endlessly frustrating that I have to keep re-editing “My Day” to do what I want.
Please fix the app. I understand you’re very proud of your training effect dodad, but I’m not interested. Stop forcing it on me *and* messing up all my other settings in the process.
(And yes, I logged this on their support webpage within a few weeks of them breaking this, but no response.)

Loving the app and LOVE my Venu 2s!! I had an idea that I hope someone will see 🤞we collect so much data about our health using fitness trackers and one particular function sparked an idea- the women’s health tracker. This could be enhanced by allowing a customisable reminders function for when we need to change or purchase our next contraception. I.e ‘implanon due to be removed soon book a doctors appointment’, or a reoccurring reminder for ‘your birth control script is due for renewal this week’.
Not only that but I love the symptoms tracker that is already available in women’s health and think this could be adapted to suit all genders for overall health. If you could customise the name of the symptoms and the name of the health concern we could track long term concerns such as anxiety and depression, pain to determine if an injury is getting worse or better, eating disorders, all kinds of things! If you pair this with customisable reminders also you could remind people to pick up medications, have Pap smears and breast screenings, and follow up appointments that would help people be more on top of their health. Please consider 💛🧡❤️
Great App for Tracking Progress!
I have owned a couple of different Garmin devices, the one I currently own is the Fenix 7S, the app has allowed me to set goals, assign myself challenges for the month, there’s also an option to have a trainer for more specific needs or if you’re unsure on how/where to begin.
It’s a great app for all, and women have the added option of tracking our cycle which is beneficial to not have to be jumping in and out of multiple different applications, as well as the suggestions and information it provides for how to deal with certain symptoms.
The suggestions that it has for if you’re overtraining or under training or the encouragement it provides, are all great features!
My favourite is how educational it has been for me. The added bonus of being given access to articles and reading some of the apps specific advice can come in extremely handy.
I will be sticking with Garmin and this app if they keep up the great work!
