Currently, it supports data interoperability across more than 25 sports app accounts, including: * Garmin (China Region & Global Region), Coros, Suunto, Zepp; * Strava, Intervals.icu, Apple Health, Fitbit, Peloton, NikeRunClub; * Zwift, MyWhoosh, Wahoo, Ride with GPS, CyclingAnalytics; * iGPSport, Blackbird Cycling, Xingzhe, Magene/Onelap; * Keep, RQrun, Codoon, Joyrun, Tulip, as well as importing data copies from Huawei Health; And the list of supported apps is continuously expanding. It synchronizes data from diverse sources—such as sports watches, cycling computers, and smart trainers—to popular sports social platforms, professional training analysis websites, and even cutting-edge AI assistants/coaches. This integration makes sports data management more convenient and training more science-based. AI-Powered Features for Healthy Sports With the advent of the AI era, GarSync has integrated large AI models like DeepSeek, adding new functionalities including: * Personalized sports plans tailored to individual preferences; * Matching health nutrition recipes and supplement plans; * Smart analysis and advice on training sessions. Notably, its AI Coach feature provides in-depth analysis, evaluations, and actionable improvement suggestions based on post-workout data—proving extremely helpful for users' training progress. Flexible Data Import & Export GarSync supports importing FIT files (sports activity records) sent or shared by other cycling computer apps into Garmin devices. It also allows exporting Garmin's sports records and cycling routes in formats like FIT, GPX, and TCX for easy sharing with friends. Sharing cycling routes has never been this simple! Practical Sports Tools GarSync also offers a suite of practical sports-related tools, such as: * New support for low-power Bluetooth devices, enabling batch checking and display of battery levels for Bluetooth sports accessories (e.g., heart rate monitors, power meters, rear derailleurs of electronic shifting systems for bicycles); * Activity merging (combining multiple FIT records); * A new "Mind Sports" section featuring classic logic games, designed to exercise the mind and help prevent cognitive decline.
