Genesys Cloud’s free Workforce Management mobile app. Life is hectic. We know that for you, having a tool that allows you to better organize and plan out your day is a necessity, and the ability to do so on the go, essential. Genesys Tempo empowers you to achieve a healthy work-life balance from anywhere at any time. Through this app, you can:
* View your schedule.
* Receive notifications when a schedule is added, changed or removed.
* Keep track of their working hours quickly and efficiently.
* Notify your supervisor that you are running late to your next scheduled activity.
* Create in time-off requests and receive notifications when request statuses change, or changes occur.
* See what days are available for leave, which slots are filling up quickly and where you are at in line for waitlisted time-off requests.
* Request a shift trade with a specific coworker or post a shift to the trade board.
* Browse the shifts available to trade and drop a current shift or add a new shift. You can also view the status of these events.
* Receive notifications when a schedule is added, or removed, when a time off request is approved or denied, when a shift has been offered, and when a shift trade has been accepted or denied.

Keeps logging me out and hard to get back in
I always have error messages showing, cannot see my rosters and am being logged out every so often. It’s so hard for me to get back in I have to trouble shoot and google search ways to access my account. It won’t send me reset password emails sometimes. I’ve had so many issues with this app and they happen one after the other. If I didn’t have to use this app I wouldn’t, it’s the only way I can see my roster without pulling out my work laptop, signing on and finding my roster there.
Frustrating at best
At WHAT point do you check on your user base and see how often people have had to delete and reinstall this failure of an app?
It is easily the worst app I’ve ever been forced to have to use. Can’t get 24 hours before being logged out and it’s a painful experience logging back in. Most of the time you have to delete the app and start from scratch for 12 hours of access before being forcefully logged out. Been over 6 months of this
Logging Me Out Constantly
Can you please stop logging me out constantly? Or at least allow me to use Touch ID so I can log back in easier? It’s annoying having to physically type in my organization’s name and fully type out the email and password, and then do 2-factor authorization every few days since I keep getting logged out. Either keep me signed in or make it easier to login please
