Gin Rummy Plus - Fun Card Game 17+

Addictive!

Great game and very addictive but this is what I don’t like:
-constant asking to login with FB. I don’t have Facebook and refuse to have it.
- having to purchase coins with money. However. I do love that there are no ads. I would prefer to purchase coins than have ads. If there are ads I will stop playing.
- the opportunity to only chose straight gin if you have your own table. Should be an option to maybe buy in.
-I have had gin several times just as the other player has laid gin, effectively giving me the undercut. It’s when you drop a card but rearrange your cards and have gin, effectively allowing you to pick up your next card in the next round and get gin. When this happens though the other player still gets the credit but in other circumstances they would not and I would get the undercut. I technically drop with 0 points for them but they still get gin.
-the constant challenge pop ups. I never realized they were an option to stop and have sometimes accidentally gone into a table I normally wouldn’t.
- uses huuuge battery power on my iPad Pro. My ipad is only a Few months old yet I play this for an hour or so and I’m down to 30%.
Otherwise awesome game. Keep it ad free.

Zynga is very dismissive

I have been communicating with Zynga about an issue and they are absolutely not interested in helping. A few times now, a game starts and the sound effects can be heard but the screen does not show the game. As I can’t see the game, I miss 3 goes and am booted off with a loss of all my coins. I lost 3m in one swoop. They blame my internet connection but the game is still progressing and nothing is wrong with my connection as tv is streaming in the background as well. This is their reply after communicating with them that it has happened again. It’s a generic reply and you can almost hear their laughter in their words. “ Hi, I totally understand your frustration in this situation. This instance will act as feedback towards us. Your situation will be looked at and used to help improve our game because we cherish the insights our players have to offer. Thank you for your time and support. Regards, Lester S. My advice…. Don’t ever ever buy coins. Your money is gone !

Scam!

I’ve added a couple of reviews, mainly negative, and have tried contacting customer support via the tab on the App Store.
Zynga have set up this game but have not included a tab where you can contact support directly. These guys either need to be investigated or shut down until users are able to properly access features.
I’ve read their replies to some of the feedback and they just tell you to contact them through here. Absolute rubbish!! I think it’s about time they provide an email address so users can contact them, like every other game and company have!
I’ve played in the Joker room 3 times in a row and not once was I given a Joker.
It’s taken over 270k in 3 games, I’ve lost them coins all because of how dodgy the cards are dealt.

This game doesn’t even give you options to change the face on the cards. They’re always the boring same design.
I used to play as a guest, and then when I logged in it lost all my previous data and they do not give an option on how to retrieve it.

I’m about to delete this game, and to whoever is reading, please don’t download this game as the developers aren’t making it a friendly game to play, and they don’t provide a way to contact them.
As I said, I’ve already tried via the App Store and no response.
