Its a usefull app
But was wondering why they don’t improve it. Like working together with the restaurants/cafes. I mean like something in Aussie, they have uber, deliveroo, menulog, it is similar with gojek although they don’t offer as many service. But they work together with the restaurant in a way that, the driver doesn’t have to order the food, because the thing they order has got into their system and payed directly as in paying with credit card or if using gojek could use the gopay system. So, they only take the food/beverage thats been order and made/cook. It will make ordering food/beverages easier and faster.
Other than that its a really useful app they can do a lot of service like taxi, buy and deliver food, buy groceries, send packages, do message, etc
I updated my app yesterday just after using it's app (go ride) with no problem. But just after that I can no longer open the app, it keeps crashing all the time whenever I try to get into it. So I just leave it like that and then I decided to restart my iPhone just to make sure that it wasn't the app, but it still the same. So that I deleted the app and then download it again but I just can't get into it. It keeps crashing every single time, why? Please help, thanks
Disappointed with CANCELLATIONS
14Apr Sunday approximately about 7pm, I made a booking to Sembawang Hill, which was promptly accepted. After 10min, it was cancelled.
Retried another booking which was again promptly accepted, but somehow cancelled after a few minutes.
Retried for the 3rd time, promptly accepted. After a few minutes the driver called me to cancel as he was too far away and wud take him about 20min to get to me. Little did he know that he was nearby as tracked.
4th time rebooked, promptly accepted and after a few minutes it was once again cancelled. I had given up hope about retrying as I thought that I been blacklisted by your company.
My mate who was with me, patiently tried for the 5th time from his phone. Once again, promptly accepted and cancelled after a few minutes.
My two mates and I were very late for our dinner appointment. It was a total disgrace and disappointment which was an embarrassment for everyone.
You are in the transport business to take passengers safely from points A to B at a reasonable fare, but yet I cannot understand the attitude of your Drivers.
You have lost me and my many friends as customers of Go-Jek until assurances are given to customers that YOU and the drivers would honor your pickup once when accepted.
