Most of us think dinosaurs are the most amazing creatures. However, scientists discovered that there are lots of creatures that existed long before dinosaurs. One of those creatures is the grasshopper. The fossil record shows that these insects first appeared more than 300 million years ago.

We don't know how long bugs inside the Grab app have been around. That's because we destroy them from the app once we see them.

Remove the dead bugs by updating to 5.303. It's not im-fossil-ble to do.

Impressive but can’t contact support anymore

Reasonable value and very fast for cars to arrive in Vietnam and Cambodia. (Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia it’s not as fast , but okay.)

Support is frustrating, actually it’s non-existent nowadays. The menu system has made it impossible to reach them unless it’s an issue they had already anticipated. I had a genuine issue with a delivery driver arriving much earlier than scheduled (as I was away) and kept calling me. Dear Grab, since you won’t let me address this through your app, here it is on the App Store instead. You’re welcome

Pick up from restaurant too slow, orders from mart always cancel

I pay for priority delivery, but it’s faster for me to walk to the restaurant and pick it up myself, which is what I did. My food is cooked in five minutes, then I wait thirty minutes for a driver to be assigned. So I walk 5 minutes and pick it up myself, why use grab? When ordering from ‘Mart’ they cancel time after time because drivers aren’t available. Awful experience. I spent three hours ordering over and over yet they always cancel. I will not use grab as it makes my head feel cluttered and disorderly, I hate that unreliable feeling to not know if you will have food and water on that day, despite being organised and paying, relying on grab is a bad idea because you check the app for a hour and then it cancels. Rinse and repeat. Also the app so annoying in how it keeps entering random addresses 500m away. Just use the same address as EVERY OTHER ORDER. PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!! Stop automatically entering bizarre addresses half a kilometer away!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡

UPDATE I deleted the app mid-order. I don’t want my evening consumed by idiotic apps on my phone. The whole point of using grab is to *save* time and energy, not increase it. I will get my dinner locally instead.

Where is support when you need it????

I have read elsewhere that you cannot reach support when you require it and that is my experience as I have been trying to speak with someone as I had to pay a ‘no show’ fee when we were waiting and waiting and messaged driver and even called but he never took our call as he knew he didn’t come to collect us. We have been catching Uber and Grab rides for a long time and make certain our pick up point is accurate and we never order a ride unless we are already at the pick up point, the live map indicated he was at our location but he was nowhere to be seen and we were in an open area without any traffic so know this driver lied. Now we have to pay a no show fee which is against our principles. We do not wish to have to complain here but if Grab has now decided to become faceless then this is the outcome you must face. How many years of University do the person who made this idiotic decision do??
