Easy to use
Easy to use and set up devices and appliances. But occasionally has issues with Google Home not being able to connect to GREE app, making all devices and switches in google home unaccessible, remotely or at home via wifi and having to physically use the switches and devices manually. Other than that it’s still a great product
I’m App Works but Google won’t connect
It took a while to get the app set up (using iPhone)…issues with setting up the account. Ended up using a different email and managed to set up the profile in order to use the app.
Both AC units are now controllable through the Gree App, but am unable to connect Gree App to Google Home. For some reason Google consistently has an error. At first it says ‘GREE Smart Home AU is linked’ but then shortly follows with a message saying ‘Something went wrong. Try again.’
A bit frustrating, hopefully find some customer support to resolve.
TERRIBLE APP AGAIN
Latest update just killed the app!
No longer opens😩😤😡
Update: There’s a constant popup window saying there’s a new version of the app available, when there isn’t one at all!! Although I have the latest update, I still have the very annoying popup window! Fix this ASAP. It’s impossible to Register, the Facebook logo is on top of the Terms & Conditions – so I cannot click to agree with them!!! Please design a better layout do we can scroll the menus up and down. Very bad English throughout. Needs a lot of work to bring it up to date with XXI Century !
