Great app
We just installed 3 new air conditioners split system in 3 different rooms. Once installation completed, in second I installed the apps and set up the 3 devices and I can control them wherever I want, great apps and recommend.
Nice idea, poor execution and poor user experience
Rinnai has partnered with this group to use their wifi capabilities. Clearly they did not QC or validate the features or user experience. Downloaded and installed the app. 1) Broken English which is not expect for a product sold in a country where English is the official language. Get past that, set up is OK. 2) Use the app and select heat and set the temp, but it switches the unit to cooling mode. The only way heating works is with the original control, any modification using the app switches into cooling mode.
App works well
Good app and no issues with two air conditioners, new update makes it look much nicer too. Occasional disconnect with google home but rare.
