The battery concept of the app is so simple, giving you the ability to see how you are going in just 60 seconds. Being able to connect and share wellness reports with friends and family is a fantastic way to check up on how they are going and see ways they can improve their battery. I recently noticed my sisters battery had decreased by 30% in just a few weeks. A simple check of her battery and wellness report gave me the ability to phone her up and check on how she was doing and put forward suggestions to help improve her battery score. Within 24 hours her battery has increased from 73% to 91%. Her overall mental health improved and our relationship strengthened because she could see how much I cared about her wellbeing after making the phone call and noticing her battery was low. She told me she loves me which is a rarity! Great concept by GreenX7!

I use the 60 second check to remind myself of what’s important each day, it’s a great way to quickly focus in on what I need to take care of. The suggestions for ways I can better look after myself are fantastic, lots of motivational ideas. I love knowing I can share information with loved ones too, and check in with them also all in the app. It’s the one health app I can imagine using long-term because it’s just so easy to use, and it covers everything important in one place!

Within a minute it tells me exactly what I need to do to recharge my battery. Super simple and I can share report with friends.
