The app itself is simple and straightforward.
The login however is absolutely terrible…
Every few days the app asks for my password instead of face recognition, and after a week it stops working all together. I have to go as far as changing my password which then says my account is invalid or not even an active email.. I have used both my available emails now to make accounts and it lets me change passwords but won’t let me log in amymore. I have given up on the app at this point tbh.

I have an account but am unable to sign in. Get the following error when clicking forgot password: “JSON could not be serialised because of error: the data could not be read because it isn’t in the correct format”
When clicking sign up, unable to select mandatory field age range as get the following: age range data not available, please try again.
Extremely frustrating, I give up.

Can’t remember my password on iphone and can’t see a way of changing it. Should be able to have a simple password and not have to reset it all the time or type it in every time you log it.
