Not a very user friendly user interface, requiring paging back and forward to get things done. Then after a while insists you log in again (why??) and when you do it refuses to accept your password. A waste of space. Just stick with the supplied remote, which is much easier to use anyway.And no, I didn’t change userid or password. Further, while the app appears to offer a work around via Facebook or Google sign on neither work. After sign on with either of these services i simply get circled back to to the point where the Harmony password must be entered. Recommendation: once setup is complete stick with the hardware remote and forget the app.

If yes, then I'd recommend you to connect your Harmony Remote/Hub to the Computer, login to your account and Sync to save the changes to the Harmony Hub. A very flexible and long lasting appliance

I have been using the same harmony hub and remote for nearly 10 years and it has been able to adapt to two sound system upgrades and the addition of smart lighting. Probably the most comprehensive speeds product updating of any of my many smart devices. This app is critics for its UI complexity but the managed environment itself is complex. My main point is that it keeps on working, year after year and does not suffer from built-in technical obsolescence. That is worth a lot these days.

This app used to be like a house that was added too and added too and not well planed. It was disjointed and confusing as hell.It looks like it’s been consolidated into a more efficient layout and less confusing. It’s smoother and more reliable. I have restored faith that Logitech is listening and working hard to make a smart hub with a smart app! Keep up the good work! There’s still plenty I would change to make it more efficient, but I’m sure you can figure it out from all the other negative comments. The actual logistics behind making this all just “work” must be incomprehensible!

Even though you guys have discontinued the Harmony Hub, I bought it a year or so ago and have found it incredibly useful for automating all of my audio/visual gear. My only little criticism with the app is in the section where you add a new activity. my only gripe is that the back and forward icons are very close to the status bar where the battery, time, etc. are. Other than that, fabulous work, and I hope you still support this product even though you have stopped making it.
