Pain in the .....
Not a very user friendly user interface, requiring paging back and forward to get things done. Then after a while insists you log in again (why??) and when you do it refuses to accept your password.
A waste of space. Just stick with the supplied remote, which is much easier to use anyway.
And no, I didn’t change userid or password. Further, while the app appears to offer a work around via Facebook or Google sign on neither work. After sign on with either of these services i simply get circled back to to the point where the Harmony password must be entered.
Recommendation: once setup is complete stick with the hardware remote and forget the app.

If yes, then I'd recommend you to connect your Harmony Remote/Hub to the Computer, login to your account and Sync to save the changes to the Harmony Hub. Wonderful
I have now been using the system for many years. We were successfully able to set this up in no time. However, the setup did require careful consideration of the components and the programming and how everything would function together. You can also always fine tune the programming or also add additional components at any time. Even my 6 year old is well versed at using the app and we have never experienced any issues whatsoever. Most appealing of all is this system achieved what others charge a lot more for and they still can’t get right. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a solution to integrate all their AV requirements.
A very flexible and long lasting appliance
I have been using the same harmony hub and remote for nearly 10 years and it has been able to adapt to two sound system upgrades and the addition of smart lighting. Probably the most comprehensive speeds product updating of any of my many smart devices. This app is critics for its UI complexity but the managed environment itself is complex.
My main point is that it keeps on working, year after year and does not suffer from built-in technical obsolescence. That is worth a lot these days.
