Amazing!

I love The Healthy Mummy app! I have thousands of delicious recipes at my fingertips which makes my weekly meal planning a breeze for myself and my family (there are kid & hubby friendly meals too 👌🏻), a huge range of exercise programs to choose from to do in the comfort of your own home and I also receive rewards for logging my exercise, meals/calories and water intake. Definitely a handy little app to keep in your pocket. Not only is the app incredible but so is the actual program. I lost 15kgs in 10 months by following the meal plans, walking daily and incorporating a few of the THM exercises into my routine. What I gained was knowledge of how to lead a healthy, balanced lifestyle and not to restrict your food or punish yourself with extra exercise because you went out for dinner to a restaurant with your family. I’ll forever be grateful to The Healthy Mummy for pulling me out of that ‘all in or nothing’ mentality when it comes to being a healthier version of myself.

Not a fad diet it’s a lifestyle change!!

I’ve lost 5 kilos in just 7/8 weeks on this program. After having my daughter in March last year I cracked 100 kilos and had a lot of trouble shifting the weight with no idea where to start. The healthy mummy is an amazing program that includes hundreds of easy recipes with no restrictions on food groups which means carbs and chocolate!! There are so many workouts to choose from that focus on strength, cardio, tabata and yoga and not to mention the awesome 28 day challenges which gives you a weekly customisable meal plan, shopping list and daily workout. The best part is you are apart of a community of like minded honest mums who help to keep you motivated and are with you every step of the way if you choose to utilise it.
It really does work I can’t recommend it enough

Missing a few things for me

I think the app is pretty good when it’s fully working although find there is a few things that could be improved. First of all you get a meal plan which is easy to switch meals that your not so fussed on. They encourage meal prep although I would literally have to open every meal to see what I could prepare ahead of time. It would be amazing if this was apart of the week meal plan what to prep. Opening anything isn’t the quickest exercise I find the app crashes and freezes a lot. When doing the daily exercises sometimes I need to pause it as I have two young children running around who are also toilet training. When I come back to the iPad the app has normally closed itself and the paused exercise I was doing forcing me to reopen and work out where I was at. Also looking ahead at the follow week plans would be good, you may be able to do this but haven’t worked that out yet. Also adding km for distance for run efforts!
