Variety within the games great

Like so many others - it just get a little hard to justify bing almost forced to fork out substantial amounts of real money to progress. In my opinion that's like wasting money on gambling - little return over time and eventual waste of money. In comparison other games still give you opportunity to continue to great levels without forking out.
On the good side I love the constant opportunities to progress in new adventures and this gives incentive to continue playing.
Graphics are awesome too. Well done on the story lines they keep it interesting as well. I've been playing this for several months now but will refuse to pay much more to buy assemblers.
There seem to be several hitches (bugs I suppose) that will often halt the game at the point where you are about to collect special items and then - crash and your set back to pre challenge and you've lost that item - this has happened several times .... very frustrating.
I also get a bit fed up with the constant request that comes up each time you've finished a round to join other G5 games .... wastes my time and spoils the enjoyment somewhat.

It’s okay I guess

I’ve only been playing for like an hour or so now but it keeps asking me to rate it, even in my quest list (grr) so I though I’ll just get it out of the way. Pretty sure they asked me to rate 5 stars to get some bonus stuff but I don’t care for it. Haven’t read any of the drivel they call a story line. Just want to find stuff. In saying that, I have to click so many times due to so much reading content and ‘oks’ you’re forced to go through that there is very little finding objects compared. It’s about 95% reading boring stuff and 5% gameplay. Especially in these early stages where all 11 objects can be found in 15 seconds or so. I do like that the objects are changed around when you have to redo each level so many times, keeps it interesting. I can imagine later on in the game it’ll make it next to impossible to play unless I spend actual money as every app demands these days (how annoying is this? I swear apps have destroyed gaming in so many ways). Also some objects are named things I wouldn’t normally call them but that could just be me not being an intellect lol.

A great game!

Decided to do this review after reading a few that were not so good and felt the need to say what my experience has been.

I have an iPad - so if you are using something else, you may have issues but I do not. There is rarely any kind of glitch or drop out. Can’t actually remember the last time.

I have never lost items I’ve found or bought.

As to the comments regarding having to spend money to progress, really? It’s a game you are playing against yourself. Spending money is not going to give you any advantage over anyone else. In my experience, some perseverance is required but you can find everything you need in game. You can buy tools using the coins you find. Use the boosters you find to increase everything.

The game is visually amazing. Each new scene blows me away with its attention to detail. Just check out the details in the clothes. Amazing.

It is a story based game. If you don’t like to read then it may not be the game for you.

Game play is varied in that there is hidden object, match three, memory cards, etc. There are events regularly. Choose to play or not play. Remember there is not one winner, everyone receives the rewards for the level they achieve.

I enjoy this game because elements of it work my brain and make me concentrate. Sometimes in a new scene I get sidetracked checking it out and forget about the clock.

In short, I love this game.
