My family and I have been Gold members for over 30 years and now find out our physical gold cards mean nothing and that we need to register our cards on an app. But my wife and I share the same email address and phone and to get hogs benefits we will now need to have a separate phone and email each to get the deal that our cards had at Hogs breaths previously. And another con is to get the birthday deal you now need 4+ diners which won’t happen with only three in our family which was never a issue before, looks like Hogs Breath will no longer be a dining option.

The number of people complaining about not being able to use their Gold Card that they paid $20 for back in the 1990’s is pretty funny, and sad.We have seen so many great restaurants close down in this time, and so yeah, a decision was made to no longer honour the loyalty program of the previous century.And how “loyal” were the customers that are complaining? I bet you they have been seeing OTHER restaurants in the last 20+ years.Let’s all be thankful that we can still get our prime ribs and hickory sauce, because sadly this may not be the case in another 10 or 20 years.

No refund on my paid membership. That aside, joined prime perks but there is absolutely no information anywhere on the app or on the web about how on earth it actually works. What are the tier levels? What do the points do? Do they expire? This needs to be added ASAP and original membership holders from boss hog should be on the gold level considering we paid for the membership. I’m pretty sure it said lifetime membership as well. Not happy. Sent feedback but no response.

The app barely works. Some issues have been in it and given back to Hogs when they first launched it.The links on the Home Screen 404. When in any of the embedded web screens the “back to app” button is cut off. The fact a “back to app” button even exists shows the app is low quality tier. When in the left side menu stuff at the top is cut off.
