Simply the Best

I can’t recommend Holafly eSIMs enough. The product works as expected however the Customer service is next level and that’s the biggest peace of mind I can recommend to anyone looking at purchasing an eSIM.

I purchased 2 eSIMs for a trip to Europe however had issues connecting on arrival (setup is so easy) So I contacted Holafly and found out the issue was I had purchased 2 eSIMs for Australia where I live (my wife will never let me forget this) Holafly chat put me in contact with an agent named Angelica (and she truly was) and she sent me out a credit coupon to purchase the correct eSIMs and everything was perfect.

Thanks to everyone connected with assisting this not so bright user.

Holafly and fixing a small problem

I just wanted to drop a short note of appreciation for the assistance I received recently from Elizabeth, and the Holafly customer support team.

I purchased a bunch of eSIMs recently for my wife and (adult) kids travelling in Europe.

I mistakenly forwarded one eSim to my daughter, who installed, activated then realising our error, deleted the eSIM.

As you can expect this caused a few problems, transfering the eSîm to the right phone, however Elizabeth was very patient, supporting me over chat, and trusting me at every step of the way.

Just a terrific customer experience, and my problems fully resolved.

This is a great company, with a terrific product, that will only get and better and better as it undoubtedly grows.

Meanwhile, please be true to your values, trust your customers and continue to provide the extraordinary customer experience, as you transform the data roaming experience for us.

Let’s now work out how to provision mobile numbers to help us 2FA while travelling.

False advertising, find another eSIM company that’s honest about what you get

I purchased a 60 day Europe eSIM in the Holafly app which stated that it included an Austrian phone number, unlimited data and 60minutes of international calls to select European countries.

After paying for and installing the eSIM I discovered I was unable to make any phone calls. After spending 16+ hours trying to get a response from the holafly team to troubleshoot the issue I received a generic response stating they have recently changed the esim policy and they no longer provide a phone number or offer 60 minutes of phone calls despite the app saying contrary. Currently the app still in fact says the esims include a phone number and phone calls.

This is false advertising and illegal in Australia. I would not have purchased this expensive eSIM if it had been advertised truthfully and accurately that it was a data only eSIM. The customer service team was unhelpful and unable to offer a refund/partial refund/phone number or any other possible solution.

I would not use this dodgy company again or recommend them to anyone given they falsely advertise their products. Who knows what you’re actually getting given it’s not what they advertise. Additionally their customer service team is slow and entirely unhelpful. 0/10.
