This game is one of the best, I highly recommend.

What I want to see:

More customisation options.
I wanna put wallpaper on the whole room,
I want to have cooler wall deco.
I want to be more apart of the process, give us colours and let us paint. Let that be a small wall decor thing. It would look real cool.

I want a roommate, but I get it.. pets are on their way. We also don't deserve to customise another avatar.
I'm not a good person, but I love this game bc I can customise

I think it's smart to not add romance options like in the sims.
Bc I don't think u will make it lgbt friendly..

Also thanks for allowing us to change gender. I have a trans friend who started playing recently. It's meant a lot to him, bc he made a mistake when making his character.
(Go into closet/ click basic, change name/gender)

Let us search for ppl, it's so difficult without using Facebook..... some ppl don't have Facebook. Let us link twitter. I swear I will recommend this game to all 800 of my followers. Please.

Looking at ur past games. It's come a far way. I'm so glad.
The female game show host is more of a host than camera woman/sidekick.

I love the request feature being added to neighbourhoods.
I am in need of feeling wanted. I like helping ppl, I need to help ppl or I feel worthless.

Can you add a trash can.. like sometimes I make too much of something... let me throw it out.

Bad Experience and Terrible Updates

**New update of the job board is terrible. Have seen A LOT of complaints on facebook groups about this also sonI am definitely not alone, and everyone in my neighborhood hates it too. Please change it back!! Or at least give people the option of which board they would like to use.

At first I found this game a bit slow but once I played a bit more I really started to enjoy it. I joined a neighborhood, got involved with events, got the hang of everything and even spent some real money..... however due to some sort of “glitch” in the system, an item I had purchased with silver vouchers earned throughout the game disappeared, very disappointing! I reached out to customer service and they investigated and apparently I must have some how sold it which is so stupid because I saved for it and never ever wanted to sell it, I then asked can they just reverse it for me only be told no and to be more careful in future and then they said records show i never owned the item which is wrong because I sent screenshots but they kept back tracking and coming up with different excuses..... if it wasn’t for this particular incident I would have rated 5 stars but due to this and the way things have been handled I am highly disappointed.

(Also as you level up things get more and more expensive but the amount of money you are rewarded each level up doesn’t grow at all, making things take super super long for no particular reason it gets boring.)

Urghhhhh, plz read this!!!!!!!

I mean c’mon, it’s an awesome game, pretty underrated, but it’s soooooo glitchy!!! Like it glitches out after anything I do on it (most times!) and for some reason, when I go on it, the girl Stacy or whatever her name is that hosts events and bingos and stuff, she pops up with her saying ‘let’s see the bingo results’ (or something like that) and then it glitches out when I press ‘ok’!! Like every time!! I can no longer play the game!! (ง'̀-'́)ง ಠ_ಠ It happened on a different device as well, so it’s not my iPad or iPhone (the first time I got it I fell in love with it on my iPhone, then I couldn’t play it cause of the glitch, so I sadly had to delete it, and don’t worry I’m still in love with the game! Well sorta cause of the glitch but anyway, it happened twice in a row and I don’t want to start all over again!! I don’t know how to contact the sever (u probs do it via the game, but I can’t play the game or enter it sooooo) and that’s another problem! So please if u could tell me how to and fix all the MAJOR bug issues then that would be great!! Great game, baddddddddddddd glitches and bugs, and maybe a little too much going on, but, yeah, plz read this, I’m not just ANOTHER home street gamer, sooooo plzzzzzz helpppp!
