Healthy Lifestyle
Got an air fryer for my birthday. Had never seen or used one before so had to start from scratch. Manual came with some basic recipes, which whole family enjoyed. Since getting the app, our entire world has changed and we now enjoy a much better and healthier lifestyle. Thanks.

Great app—so slow to start
Using an iPhone 15 pro max, and this app is result slow to start. Would love to use it more to start preset items for my air fryer. But by the time I find it (don’t search your phone for for ‘Philips’ or ‘air fryer’) I may has well have just used the air fryer itself.
Maybe allow some of these keywords, change the app name, and fix the slooow startup time and it would be an amazing app. 😌

To fix your app performance issue, make sure that your app version is up-to-date. Clear the cache of the app in the settings, your phone's operating system version needs to be up-to-date, and always check the speed of your internet provider :)

Can only add 1 appliance
I have more than 1 airfryer the app not only takes forever to open I can only have 1 appliance even though there is + add appliance button you can’t actually add an extra appliance. Please fix as my airfryers are different models, & it disconnected my wifi one when I added my 2nd one, then I wanted to go back to it I had to go through the whole set up & pairing, surely it can’t be that hard to have more than 1 appliance

To further assist you, I'd like to let you know that you can add multiple connected appliances of different categories, such as an Air fryer and an Air cooker. Additionally, the appliances can be operated simultaneously and offer their full functionality to every user. Please note that inter-category multi-appliance support, such as operating multiple Air fryers with the same user, is currently unavailable. I will definitely forward your suggestions to our development team to consider adding this in future app updates.
