Surely this should store the account number on a secure device. Searching through emails for your account number every time you need to login is just plain dumb!
Cannot Login
I cannot login with this app.
I’ve tried numerous times with the same details I use to login on HomeStart website but kept saying the same thing that my password and user name is incorrect.
WHY????
I use the same information to log on the website with no issues.
Terrible Bank in every way
The app and web portal designed in the 1990s, every time you log in even via the app using Face ID it asks you for a 2FA. Recently travelled abroad and they blocked my card for 7 days and left me stranded. Their rates for home mortgages aren’t even the lowest any more. Don’t bother.
