- Fixed an issue where some users could not log in on their iOS device, but could do so on the web.
- Resolved a concern where some users could not reset their password.
- Fixed an issue where a change to the library PIN in Settings may not consistently be saved.

Borrower’s Dilemma

I am a new user to Hoopla . A friend recomnended it to me. I used Borrow box and I am very happy with it. More user friendly.

Hoopla’s audiobook selection is a nice alternative to Borrow box audiobook collection. My only complain with Hoopla is the borrowing time. Once I am done with an audiobook I cannot return it rightaway to allow me to borrow more audiobooks. It stays on my records for 21 days. Why ? I don’t need it anymore. Other user can listen to it after me. This 21 days role frustrates me . It’s stopping me to listen to another book in the series and also fills my memory up. Just sitting there waiting for 21 days!

Please ammend it and add the return button. This way it will allow me to borrow more audiobooks rather than 6 only in a month. I also find navigating
a bit confusing and harder compared to borrow box.
Make our experiences using Hoopla a good experience. Make it simple. Have tree buttons
Borrow- Hold- Return.

I adore this app

I can’t speak highly enough of this app and the wonderful material available - I especially love the metaphysical audio books which are giving me so many new concepts to think about - with a library card access is free and this in itself is remarkable- Highly Recommend

Plenty of glitches

Searching is really difficult because app sets to Home just before I finish typing in search term. Start again and again and again.
My Hoopla shows all the books I’ve already read or listened to. Good, but new suggestions, books I might like to read and favourites are also books that I’ve already read. There are very few suggestions that are novel or suitable.
Finally when I have read 9 books of a 12 set, three are missing. Not the last three but three random numbers from the series.
Oh, and a 2 hour audiobook and a 8 hour audiobook count for the same value so I can use up my monthly allowance in a couple of days if I’m not careful.
