IMPORTANT: you must be a medical practice and HotDoc customer to use Kiosk. If you need to book an appointment with your doctor download the HotDoc app instead.
Getting started is simple:
1. Ensure your HotDoc subscription with the HotDoc Check-in product is active.
2. Sign in to HotDoc Kiosk with your dashboard email and password.
3. Position your iPad on a stand in your waiting room where patients will see it.

HotDoc Kiosk allows patients to check-in on their own using an iPad you place in your waiting room. The solution is the perfect way to free up reception staff while adding a modern touch to your practice.
New Patient Registration
HotDoc Kiosk works with New Patient Registration to allow your patients to complete registration before their first appointment. Completed forms are sent directly to the HotDoc sidebar so they can be imported to your practice management software.
Keep your existing patient information up to date
HotDoc Kiosk performs a secure 3 point check and then asks patients if their existing details are up to date. If there are details that need to be checked by reception, such as an expired Medicare card, HotDoc Kiosk will direct patients to speak to staff.
Appointment booking & walk-ins.
HotDoc Kiosk allows patients to see when their doctor is available and book future appointments. If you accept walk-ins HotDoc Kiosk can be used by existing patients to join the queue.
Let patients know their Place in Queue
HotDoc Kiosk can show patients their Place in Queue after completing check-in, diverting questions about wait times away from reception.
Promote preventive health services
Target individual patients with promotional messages (like care plans, skin checks, flu clinics etc) when they check-in by integrating with HotDoc Inform.

Opens with login page on my iPad mini5 - can’t search for medical centre. Therefore cannot use it.
