VERY slow to connect
Earlier version didn’t look as pretty but connected in a couple of seconds. This version is just way too slow to connect - often a minute waiting. I have a hardwired Aqualink so it isn’t wifi.
Please fix the slow connection!
Warning - update now throws up a low conductivity error message
Since updating the App which introduced a firmware update for my Zodiac Hydroxinator IQ, the Hydroxinator now throws up a ‘Low Conductivity’ error message on the screen regularly with a suggestion to check out the Help Menu. The system is just a year old. However I’ve cleaned the chlorinator anyway, chucked in more mineral salts and ensured the water temp is at 20 deg. Still getting the message intermittently. The interface schedule is different and includes a salt chlorinator function which the app didn’t have before. Can’t help but think that this is a glitch with the App.
Love this iAquaLink. I have the AquaLink RS version. My iAquaLink is connected via Ethernet cable so never get any drop outs like you can do from congestion on wifi. I also have Control4 home automation so the iAquaLink works in conjunction so I can also turn my lights, spa or heater on via the Control4 or if I like via the iAquaLink app. The web version of the iAquaLink is cool as I can change programs or timer settings if required.
