It’s a really good app as it auto detects the shipping carriers. And it shows you the tracking steps from both countries. (Destination country or “from” country”Do download it if you receive package from lots of country and if you live in Australia, (becuase 17TRACK shows scan that don’t come up on the Auspost website, example a parcel from Russia couldn’t be tracked on the Auspost site becuase it was “untraceable product” but there was tracking for it on the 17 track app!I don’t like that it takes a while to update.For example the Australia Post app, when you pull down it refreshes, and you can see scans that happened 2 minutes ago...But it usually takes minimum 4 hours (after they have happened) for the new “scan event” to be displayed on 17TRACK.I also wish you could have an account on the computer, So all the tracking I add on the pc automatically go to my phone. And email or text notifications would be nice, (if you opt for it in settings for example)

Thank you you kept me updated best you could right up to my parcel being delivered to my address I have to admit whilst my order was still enroute from China and in transit for a long time and there were few and far information updates of my order whereabouts I was beginning to doubt whether I got sucked in from the start with the particular company I dealt with but as soon as it hit my country thank you to your update I was relieved and it didn’t take long at all for the post here to let me know and have it delivered to my door Five Star✋🏽⭐️

I’ve tried so many different tracking apps in the past—even had six from different couriers on my phone at once—but nothing compares to this one. 17TRACK is fantastic! I can finally keep all my tracking numbers in one place, and it’s so easy to use. You can even manually select the courier or shipping company if it doesn’t detect it automatically, which is super helpful. Highly recommend!
Great App but needs a twin

This works real well but with one flaw. Often when the items reach Australia they are given a new tracking number by Australian Post and until it arrives it appears lost. I know it may not be the apps fault but can there be a provision in the app to add a second tracking number and also a place to say that it is delivered. As I have now registered with Australian Post through their App, any parcels set to me, come up on that App. With this I get the tracking number that I can add to your app. This will than give me a full tracking of the item. I keep this for warranty and postage time.Thank you
