Subscription payments will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of your purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew and you will be charged unless auto-renew is turned off or unless you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription or trial period. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a premium subscription during the free trial period. The cost of renewal depends on the Subscription Plan you choose.

A friend recommended this to me. I’ve only had it a week and it has scanned the documents I needed. I’m not sure I like it as there seems to be a lot of “marketing” designed to get me to upgrade, even on the few documents I have scanned so far. Makes me think a photo is easier and less intrusive. As a newbie to this ap I may not be using it properly but I find it hard to attach the scans to already existing emails having to make a fresh email to send the scans, breaking the conversational thread. Haven’t quite figured out how to save my docs to other places. Seems like a one use only scan is available. But maybe that is me?

Thank you for sharing in the app. It is possible to share your documents to other apps or storages. In order to share a scan please open it and press Share symbol below - you will see available options for sharing. Press Photos in order to save your scan to Camera Roll. Pressing iCloud allows you save the scan into Scanner for Me folder in your iCloud. Please press the blue icon in the bottom right corner in order to see other sharing options.
Trial for free
$56?
I was just wanting to try the app, the trial version charged me $56, why? So disappointing that I didn’t even get any notification that it will cost this much. I can barely afford to pay my phone bill. When I saw the charges in my statement of account I nearly cried and literally slap my self for falling into this app, called my friend who suggested this app and she was shocked as I was. Please give notification and be clear with the price, it wasn’t fair!

The application does not initiate a payment unless you subscribe for Premium. If you had a free trial and haven’t canceled it, the account should have been charged only after the end of the trial period and then automatically according to the duration of your subscription plan. You can always cancel it through your device Settings - iTunes & App Store - Apple ID - View Apple ID - Subscriptions - Manage. Otherwise please contact Apple support directly.

I have had used this app as premium membership and suddenly stop working with option to fix the problem , suddenly go blank page and option to fix . I would use more reputable app .

I read the terms which are clear unless u wish to cancel a trial in ITunes. Issues with 3 day trial were 1. Can’t cancel as indicated by app description. Terms are it must be cancelled 24 hrs before trial period expires …. But since it us not a subscription yet … no way to cancel!! 2. Can’t select the subscription u want … terms are it will go onto a 1 ur subscription. Wanted a month so I could use & try it more . This has made me wary of doing a trial period with any app from now on.

As the next step please choose a subscription you want to manage and select the Cancel subscription option.
