This is a great app for work purposes but the Apple version doesn’t allow you to see the location your working at and doesn’t your your roster in a calendar view. I have to use google browser to view my rosters on my iPhone

Hi my workplace uses this app and as an employee I use it to view and accept my upcoming rosters however lately the app crashes every single time I try to view my shift requests. I have the latest version of both IOS and this app. Can you please get the support team onto fix this? Thanks Additionally is there any upcoming updates which include some kind of communication board within the app between staff? Other apps seem to have it all in one place and this is absent from BrightHR. Why did you get rid of the option to see who else is working? Some businesses have assistant managers which need to have access to this information to plan ahead. Not a great app and if these issues aren’t rectified I’ll recommend my team swapping to a competitor such as Deputy

Bright Hr only offers single display of schedule. No over view of the schedule showing who staff are working with or what times their colleagues are starting. Very manual process to find these options and have to search individuals to do so. There is limitations on the requesting time off or unavailability only indicating how many hours someone is in available not the specific times making it harder to see where staff could fill gaps even though they requested 3hrs off doesn’t specify times unless they write it in the notes. Doesn’t compare to other competitors such as Tanda and deputy

Would be better if they fixed the bugs and glitches when it freezes and wont allow you to select actions with out exiting the app and refreshing it 5x times.I also have the latest software on the app and the phone.
