I saw a lot of negative reviews so was hesitant but this app worked perfectly!For context I was calling a landline in Australia from the UK, and knew I would likely be on hold for a while. I made two calls trying to figure out how the app worked, one of which I got through but realised it was out of hours due to the time difference, neither of which cost anything! I was pleasantly surprised by this as I was anticipating a connection fee - which would’ve been entirely reasonable. When I got through my 20min call only cost $1.08 AUD! Much cheaper than all the other options I was looking at, and call quality was decent enough to get things done. Can highly reccomend and will be using this in future when I travel again.Also should note that trying it out costs very little, I think I bought $7 AUD (~£3.5) worth of credit which was more than enough! Even if your call doesn’t work for whatever reason, its not a massive loss for many people.

I’m a new customer with Talk360 after my old international calling card stopped working, and I’m so glad I made the switch. The app was easy to join and set up, and the call quality has been excellent. At one point, I mistakenly moved my credit to a home landline instead of my mobile. Support (big shout-out to Kelvin!) quickly re-credited my mobile account without any fuss. Outstanding service and a company that clearly looks after its customers. Highly recommend.

I understand if you call a number and you get a voice message bank of course to get charged. But I have been trying to reach family who were not home yet, when I called and rang twice (as I don’t see the point to leave another VM, this app still charges you a per minute fee, unlike other apps and phone services. A ripoff. I will use the last of my remaining credit, and not recharge and use other apps. As you can imagine if you have many users being charged a whole per minute fee without actually using ANY minutes and it appears to be just for connecting — how much profit this app makes. I am done with apps that take advantage of customers.

When a call rings and reaches the point where the line connects on the other side—even if it’s only for a short moment or goes to voicemail—our system is charged by the local network you’re calling. Because of that, the call is billed from the first connected minute, not from when someone actually speaks. It isn’t about charging for “nothing”; it’s how international carriers handle the hand-off, and we have to work within those rules.I get how frustrating it feels, especially when you hang up quickly. If you reach out through the app, we can review the specific calls with you and make sure everything was billed correctly. Our aim is to keep you connected to your family without surprises.
