I’m on holiday and want to be able to match with people from different countries but can’t select the “global” option as I’ll be discoverable in my home country. I am really enjoying the app so far but this is currently stopping me from using it
Messages Disappear

App is somewhat ok, but that’s negligible considering that the messages disappear on this app. I had a match, made plans to meet someone, but then the messages disappeared, I then get a follow up message a day later from that person & im able to open the messages & it’s like they were never gone, low and behold I exit out of the messages & then the messages disappear again. Quite a useless app if this is what happens when you actually get a match. Nothing on their website actually provides any support & reading all the other reviews I can see this is a persistent issue. Clearly they have built a junk app, with a low price point for premium membership, to grab your cash & provide a useless experience. Reading some of the reviews with refunds tell me that this app will take it and never give it back. Don’t download!

Can’t log back in

Hi just want to know what has happened to my account I cannot log back in it keeps saying no account even with I forgot my password and I typed in my email address so you can send me an email to renew my password and it still said no account. Funny that because I was only just charged $29:99 for my Account lol. So money went through for my account but I cannot log in you I don’t have an account. Please let me know ?

Don’t get the premium option plus generally a low quality app

I got the premium option and after a while I decided I wanted to end my subscription so when I tried to do that the app started glitching. I tried again later and the same thing happened so I thought it would be much quicker to delete my account. But then it still kept charging me weekly after I deleted my account. It stopped after I deleted the app altogether. It caused a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety for me so please don’t waste your time, energy and money in this really poorly made application.
